We will continue to review our guidelines in line with further government updates. As is usual for our tours, you will receive a confirmation email reminder approximately 7 days before your tour date and this will include any last minute revisions to our procedures. If you have any particular concerns, then please make enquiries prior to booking.
In addition, we will continue to abide by Visit England’s industry standard mark which confirms that We’re Good to Go. This logo shows that we are adhering to the respective Government and public health guidance, have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and have the required processes in place. This scheme has now also been recognised by the World Travel and Trade Council’s Safe Travel as meeting its international global standardised health and hygiene protocols. If you would like to know more details in advance of your booking, then please do not hesitate to let us know.
In addition, all our Guides have recently completed the World Host Training in Keeping Customers Safe Beyond COVID-19.
Prior to your tour, should you feel unwell and are experiencing COVID-19 like symptoms, please do not attempt to begin your tour. Equally, if our Guide has reason to believe that you are unwell then they have the right to prevent you from participating. During our tours, we ask that you are respectful of others and follow the guidelines and remain suitably distanced throughout your time with us.
