Squires Restaurant is the 2AA Rosette luxury restaurant for the hotel which offers an exquisite modern dining experience. Its eclectic menus ensure that there is something for everybody and use only the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients. Wherever possible, produce is sourced locally, with all their suppliers located within 50 miles of Newmarket.

This reduction in food miles not only ensures that the food served at Squires Restaurant is as fresh as it possibly can be, but also helps to reduce its carbon footprint.
