Squires Restaurant is the 2AA Rosette luxury restaurant for the hotel which offers an exquisite modern dining experience. Its eclectic menus ensure that there is something for everybody and use only the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients. Wherever possible, produce is sourced locally, with all their suppliers located within 50 miles of Newmarket.

British Food Fortnight has been going since 2002 and was originally established to pull together all of the many fantastic food initiatives, projects and events taking place across the country. It is held in the autumn at the same time as harvest festival and has grown into the biggest annual, national celebration of British food and Drink.
