Coming to a museum near you, the Sci-Fi and Film Exhibition has been possessed by Things that go bump… An exhibition haunted by West Suffolk Council collections and loaned pieces including movie props, legacy collectibles and memorabilia from the world of horror.
The West Gallery and Passageway galleries will bravely follow the evolution of scary stories through time, stretching back to prehistory and tracing them all the way up to modern horror films. Do you dare follow?
The spoken word, art, sculpture, literature and film illuminate the darkest aspects of our world, whether real or imagined. From legends and myths to songs and scripts, the art of fear has developed alongside humans and Things that go bump… will shine a light on their huge variety, covering childhood fairytales to Freddy.
Horror is not just for Halloween and this exhibition will have something for all the family to be chilled by…
