The Classics Suite is the largest of our rooms, this can accommodate up to 180 guests’ theatre style or up to 140 for private dining. This room can be partitioned in to two smaller rooms the Derby and the Oaks Room, these can seat up to 70 theatre style and up to 35 people classroom style.
The Cambridge Room 20 guests around a boardroom table, this room is perfect for meetings as well as a popular private dining space for many celebrations. Our Cambridge Room benefits from a high definition plasma display monitor featuring the very latest presentation technology and Bose sound system.
The Bury Room is situated next to the Cambridge Room and can seat up to 12 guests around a boardroom table, with interconnecting double doors these rooms work well together for private dining for up to 32 people.
The Guineas Room is situated on the second floor with views over the hotel grounds and can accommodate up to 10 guests in a boardroom setup.
Adjacent to the main hotel, The Mews compromises of one luxurious meeting room. The Mews is ideal for up to 8 guests and includes a private small lounge area. This room can also be hired for private dining and is the perfect space to entertain guests in a more intimate setting.
The hotel also has free parking facilities for up to 120 cars and there is complimentary Wi-Fi available throughout. For any conferences that require overnight accommodation, Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa has a total of 80 luxury appointed bedrooms including 21 super king-sized rooms, benefitting from the added luxury of a separate bath and shower.
