The Ultimate Valentine’s Proposal
Thinking of popping the question to someone special this year? Then why not book our stylish black cab for a wedding proposal to remember. The famed Gallops with their wonderful views make the perfect backdrop for that special moment. We can even provide the champagne! Then it is off for a half or full day Newmarket Guided Experience to include a visit to a trainer’s yard, the National Stud or even a day at the races.
Call Discover Newmarket’s dedicated Tours Advisor on 01638 501122 to discuss the perfect package for you.
If it is experiences you are after then Wildtracks Outdoor Activity Park may be just the answer. On Sunday 12th February they are holding a Valentines Couples Race! A competitive 30 lap, sprint race, priced at £90 per couple. With the winning couple earning themselves a bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolates. Now that is what we call different!
If sticking to a romantic meal is more what you are after then, Poets House, Ely has a wonderful three course Sharing Menu on offer. Priced at £70 for two it also includes a red rose and glass of champagne. Each course offers a number of choices but of course you do both need to like the same things!
Or try The Pantry, Newmarket who are tempting you with oysters, lobster or Tomahawk steak to name just a few specialities from the varied menu. This three course set menu is priced at £40 per person.
Alternatively, try the four course meal for two with a glass of wine/bubbles or pint of beer for £75 per person at the Quy Mill Hotel, just 8 miles from Newmarket. You can even upgrade to a romantic night’s stay which also includes rose petals on the bed and an aromatherapy bath or beauty treatment at their onsite Spa.
