The National Horse Racing Museum is situated on a 5-acre site in the heart of Newmarket and is a beautiful and unique venue which offers clients the ability to tailor make events to suit their needs. Close links to M11, A14 and mainline train stations makes this a geographically convenient location. Not only do we offer excellent conference and event facilities, but we are able to provide much more with the museum, galleries and retired racehorses.
Situated in a royal palace and stables, NHRM offers an impressive venue for any event. Whether you’re looking for an intimate boardroom setting, a spacious 50 foot room, or to rent the entire 5 acre site, we will work with you to make your event special and memorable.
The John Lambton Rooms
Originally built to stable horses belonging to the owners of Palace House, the John Lambton Rooms offer an attractive space for weddings, celebrations, private dining, conferences, lectures, pop-up shops, and community events. Facilities include a private kitchen and state of the art AV system.
Boardroom
The boardroom is situated in Trainer’s House and is specifically designed to host meetings for up to 15 people. It is equipped with Wi-Fi and tea and coffee making facilities.
The Mellon Room
Located in Palace House, the Mellon Room is perfect for small meetings of up to 6 people and can be used as a breakout room for conferences in the John Lambton Rooms.
The Forbes Room
The Forbes Room overlooks beautiful Palace House Garden and accommodates up to 8 people. It can also be used as an additional breakout room.
