There are a series of sessions and programmes to enjoy which can help you to be more mindful and reconnect with yourself. Guided mediation sessions and shinrin-yoku (forest breathing) are followed by meals inside the onsite cafe with food to nourish the body and mind. Sessions run on selected days throughout the year and are suitable for any level of mediation practitioners. No prior experience or knowledge is required.
