Chess Tournament – August Bank Holiday Monday
A unique opportunity to participate in an outdoor rapid-play chess tournament in Palace House Garden (opposite main museum). The entry fee is £5, or £30 if you are not a member of the ECF. Entry fee to be taken on the door. This tournament is graded and will consist of 5 rounds in a Swiss format. We invite you to join us for our summer chess sessions to learn more.
Please arrive by 9:00 AM for a 9:30 AM start. There will be three games of 25 minutes each in the morning and two games of 25 minutes each in the afternoon.
