Ely Cathedral – Harvest Festival – Praise God For The Harvest

Admission to the Cathedral on Saturday and Sunday of Harvest Festival weekend is free of charge.

Friday 8 October
The weekend begins on Friday evening with a Harvest Ceilidh featuring Catch the Pigeon Band, in the beautiful setting of the Lady Chapel.

Saturday 9 October
9am – 4pm – Floral, food and farming displays.
5.30pm – Evensong

Sunday 10 October
10.30am – Harvest Sung Eucharist, sung by the boy choristers.
12pm – 4pm – Floral, food and farming displays.
4pm – Harvest ‘Songs of Praise’ with the presentation of harvest gifts.

Monday 11 October
9.30am – Harvest produce sale at the west end of the nave.

This year’s supported charities are the East Anglian Air Ambulance and Ely Foodbank.
