NHRM Farrier Day

Join us on Saturday 5th September for our spectacular Farrier Day! There will be a cracking farrier competition, organised by Gavin Moody Farriers, a skilled craftsman in the traditional forge, a BBQ, an ice cream van plus lots more!

Starting at 11:30 am – 14:35 pm, the competitor’s skills will be put to the test in the Coach Park situated next to the Peter O’Sullevan Arena with wonderful live racehorses to interact with after the show. There will be a BBQ running and an ice cream van on site for delicious food and refreshments, as well as the opportunity to buy uniquely crafted artisan goods!

Be sure to come along and cheer for the live-action competition, taking place right in the heart of Newmarket. The event is included in general admission – don’t forget you can upgrade your day pass to annual passes for FREE when you visit us!

You can also enjoy the rest of our 5-acre site, including our Good Companions exhibition and a chance to meet our live horses – this event is not to be missed!
