Summer is well underway and with the news that our tourism and hospitality businesses can re-open, many of us are looking forward to taking our first steps back to embrace the “new normal”. We’ve already seen our much loved shops and some outdoor venues open and we now eagerly await the re-opening of our indoor attractions, hotels, pubs and restaurants.
