Megan Pollexfen, manager Discover Newmarket:
We are delighted to be involved with Suffolk Day again this year and we are really looking forward to welcoming visitors on Friday 21st June as well as continuing throughout the Big Weekender. It’s fantastic to see the county come together and offer people the chance to get out and celebrate attractions. Sometimes we don’t realise what is on our doorstep and initiatives like Suffolk Day are a great way to raise awareness about the fantastic attractions and happenings in this great county.
Oliver Paul, on behalf of the Suffolk Day steering committee:
“The distribution, range of originality, and shear number of events for Suffolk Day 2019 and the Big Weekender, has been humbling and heart-warming in equal measures. Whilst event details are still coming in, SuffolkDay.co.uk is a font of inspiration for all to plan their celebrations.”
