The Debenhams July Festival Returns to Newmarket This July

One of the highlights of the British flat racing calendar is almost here as the July Festival returns to Newmarket’s beautiful July Course from Thursday 9th to Saturday 11th July.

Set in the Home of Horseracing, the three-day festival combines world-class racing with a fantastic summer atmosphere, making it a must-visit event for racing enthusiasts and first-time visitors alike.

The festival begins on Thursday 9th July with Opening Day, featuring a quality afternoon of racing on one of the country’s most picturesque racecourses.

On Friday 10th July, Ladies Day takes centre stage, bringing together top-class racing, fashion and entertainment. Visitors can enjoy the ever-popular Style Awards alongside an exciting racecard, creating one of the most anticipated social occasions of the summer.

The festival concludes on Saturday 11th July with July Cup Day, headlined by the prestigious Al Basti Equiworld Dubai July Cup. First run in 1876, the Group 1 contest is one of Europe’s most important sprint races and regularly attracts the very best sprinters from Britain and beyond.
