This beautiful pub is steeped in rich history, dating back as far as 1620 and can be found on the High Street in the small town of Soham, just five miles from Newmarket. If you’re looking for a relaxing and friendly environment to enjoy your summer evening drinks, then this is the pub for you. With a modest garden tucked to the side of the pub, it’s the perfect sun trap to enjoy those gin-based drinks, that taste that much better when the sun is shining.

Roxana Bar at Bedford Lodge Hotel – Newmarket
The Roxana Bar can be found at the beautiful Bedford Lodge Hotel. Surrounded by some of Newmarket’s most well-known trainers and equine athletes, making this the perfect place to enjoy a glass of fizz or two, after a day of exploring the Home of Horseracing. Find yourself a seat on the terrace, and spend a sunny afternoon overlooking the stunning gardens with their immaculate lawns.
